Access to Information
The Western Trust collects personal information from patients / clients in order to provide the most appropriate treatment and care. We also collects information about our services to ensure they are efficient and meeting the needs of our community.
Freedom of Information (Organisational Information)

All public and private organisations including the Trust are legally obliged to protect any personal information they hold about patients and / or clients. The Data Protection Act 1998 (DPA), among other things, gives everyone the right to access to their own personal information.
