Recovery College Launches Spring 2018 ProspectusThe Western Trust has this week launched their Recovery College Spring 2018 prospectus offering a range of free educational courses and workshops designed to promote mental health well-being and recovery. The courses which are written and delivered by people with lived experience of mental health issues alongside those with professional experience and knowledge, aim to help individuals develop their personal resourcefulness and resilience, improve self-management skills and work towards a more positive future.  
 
Some of the workshops offered this term include: Living beyond Depression and Low Mood; Living Well with Bipolar; Manage Your Panic; Mindfulness, Coaching Skills For Health & Wellbeing; Learning to Like Yourself; Living Well With Psychosis and Exploring Your Options
 
Courses are open to all - those who use services, staff, carers and members of the general public and are free of charge. Registration for the courses is essential and anyone who would like to register or find out more information is welcome to come along to one of the following enrolment sessions:

Fermanagh House, Enniskillen, Monday 19 February, 10am-12noon

Central Library, Londonderry, Tuesday 20  February, 10am-12noon
 
Melvin Sports Complex, Strabane, Tuesday 20 February, 2pm-4pm
 
Omagh Library Headquarters, Friday 23 February, 10am-12noon
