If patients or relatives are not happy with the care and treatment provided in Altnagelvin, or any other aspect of the patient’s stay, we need to know so that we can try to put things right in the future. They can tell us while they patient is still in hospital by talking to one of the nursing team or the ward sister. Or they can ask to speak to the Patients’ Advocate. If they want to wait until the patient has gone home, they can contact the Patients’ Advocate by phone on 028 71611226 or in writing to:
