Freedom of Information Form

The Freedom of Information (FOI) Act 2000 means that the public can access information about the Trust. This law, which came into force on 1 January 2005, means that anyone, anywhere can ask for any information we hold.

The FOI Act provides access official information held by the Trust (e.g. corporate or business information) and not to information of a personal nature.  Requests for personal information will be dealt with under the Data Protection Act 1998.  For more information about obtaining your own personal information - click here.
Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, we are committed to providing timely and accessible information to the public and responding to reasonable requests for information.
