Freedom of Information Form

The Freedom of Information (FOI) Act 2000 means that the public can access information about the Trust. This law, which came into force on 1 January 2005, means that anyone, anywhere can ask for any information we hold.

           

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, we are committed to providing timely and accessible information to the public and responding to reasonable requests for information.

           

All FOI requests must be submitted in writing. If you want to make a Freedom of Information request, please email foi.request@westerntrust.hscni.net or send a letter to:
