Lakeview staff are committed to providing specialist assessment and treatment for adults and children with a learning disability.

We are dedicated to delivering a high quality service. We provide therapeutic intervention to enable and support the continuity of home life.

ABOUT US

Lakeview is situated on the outskirts of Londonderry/Derry within Gransha Park. The Hospital is managed by Western Health and Social Care Trust.

Lakeview provides assessment and treatment for people with a learning disability and promotes inclusive living for people with a learning disability in the Community.

The Hospital aims to operate an open visiting policy, however, there are occasions when an inpatient care plan may dictate restrictions on visiting.

HOW TO GET THERE

Ulsterbus operate a selective service to and from the hospital. Timetables are available at the bus stop, or from the Wards and Nursing Administration.
